WELCOME TO THE CETPartnership JOINT CALL 2026

The CETPartnership launches its fifth transnational Joint Call (JC2026) for R&I projects to accelerate the Clean Energy Transition. The Joint Call is structured in 10 Call modules addressing specific topics, challenges or technologies.

The CETPartnership Joint Call 2026 is supported by 36 national and regional Funding Organisations from EU Member States and Associated Countries to Horizon Europe, and international partners for a total budget of over 84 M€.

For an overview of Funding Organisations and their participation in different Call Modules, consult the Funding Matrix. Consult the Call Text and the National Requirements for transnational and national eligibility criteria and check if your Funding Agency supports the Call Module(s) of your interest.

Proposals shall be submitted through the online submission platform according to the following timeline:

  • Opening for pre-proposal submission (Stage 1):            8 June 2026, 14:00 (CEST)
  • Deadline for pre-proposal submission (Stage 1):           8 October 2026, 14:00 (CEST)
  • Opening for full proposal submission (Stage 2):             January 2027 TBD, 14:00 (CET)
  • Deadline for full proposal submission (Stage 2):            March 2027 TBD, 14:00 (CET)

Proposals can be iteratively submitted on the platform until the deadline (the system overwrites previous submissions). The proposal has a draft status until it is submitted. Once it is submitted, it may still be revised as many times as needed before the deadline. When being revised, the proposal loses its “submitted” status. To be evaluated, it needs to be submitted again before the deadline.

The draft proposal is saved in the system and may be accessed and retrieved by the Coordinator until the deadline. After the collection date, the proposal data is available in read mode only.

We do recommend to submit in due time. To avoid possible congestion of the submission system, it is highly recommended to avoid submitting the proposal just before the deadline.

The system sends a confirmation email for any subsequent submission.

* Documents marked with * will be available at a later stage.
